    Pharmaceutical Product Manager
     
    • Job Description:
    As a Pharmaceutical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for our specialty pharmaceutical products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our products in the market by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for market research, product launch planning, lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
     
    • Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for specialty pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
    2. Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration. Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
    3. Product Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating activities, and monitoring launch performance.
    4. Lifecycle Management: Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and competition to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate lifecycle management strategies.
    5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the specialty care field.
    6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and ensure effective sales techniques.
    7. Financial Management: Independently manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, and A&P allocation & tracking.
    8. Marketing Communication: Develop, plan, and implement marketing communication strategy using various communications tools and techniques consistent with the brand/product strategies.
    9. Compliance: Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legislation, industry codes, ethical standards, and company policies.
     
    • Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical company.
    3. Proven track record in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty care.
    4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
    6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
    7. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
