- Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for specialty pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration. Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Product Launch: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating activities, and monitoring launch performance.
- Lifecycle Management: Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and competition to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate lifecycle management strategies.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the specialty care field.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and ensure effective sales techniques.
- Financial Management: Independently manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, and A&P allocation & tracking.
- Marketing Communication: Develop, plan, and implement marketing communication strategy using various communications tools and techniques consistent with the brand/product strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legislation, industry codes, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Proven track record in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty care.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
