Engineering Project Manager
 
  • Summary:
We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager for a MNC company. The position will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within specified constraints such as time, budget, and scope.
 
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects in accordance with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  4. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate project delays or deviations from plans.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to quality standards.
  7. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
  8. Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.
 
  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in project management, with at least 3 years of experience leading engineering projects.
  3. Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical or construction with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
